The Ruth Lindsey Collection contains correspondence, missions newsletters, periodicals, diaries, textbook curriculum, school bulletins and ephemera, slides, and media.

This collection is valuable for research on missionary work in Brazil, women teachers in the 1960’s, Bible school curriculum, female missionaries, how correspondence connected missionaries to their supporters.

Scope and Contents From the Collection: This accruing collection includes pamphlets not in the online catalog system shared with Squires Library. Series 1 includes pamphlets published by Church of God (Cleveland, Tenn.) agencies and authors. Series 2 includes other Pentecostal groups and individuals. Scope and Contents From the Collection:

This collection consists of multiple biographies detailing Pearl and Edmond's lives, as well as artifacts such as Edmond's personal Bible, a general assembly ribbon, and a letter to Vonceil Smith. The bulk of the collection consists of Pearl Stark's will and life insurance policy, as well as many Angolan and Portuguese travel documents.
