The materials in this collection include materials from the files of the Head Librarians of Lee Memorial Library. The files included Annual Reports for each year from 1948/49 through 1984/85 except 1951/52. Also included are compilations of various statistics, some correspondence, and automation records. Library related Southern Association of Colleges and Schools studies and reports for both Lee College and the Church of God School of Theology are in the collection. Financial records of cooperation with the School of Theology are included. Minutes of the Inter-School Library Committee are in the files. In the collection are minutes and other materials from Lee College Curriculum Committee and Faculty meetings. There is some correspondence from the Latin American Bible Seminary in Panama and from the Puerto Rico Extension of the School of Theology.

Some personnel files are in the collection. These files will be restricted to the use of researchers with special permission.
