Series 5: Photographs

The family of David B. Lorency donated personal papers, awards, plaques, photos, sermon notes, publications, speeches, newspaper clippings, audio recordings, event programs, devotions, correspondence, and para ministry documents. Information and contextual information used to process this collection has come directly from his collection. The collection is organized first by chronology, then by type. Series 1 contains materials from his lifespan. These materials are either general in nature, span a particular portion of his life, while some pertain to his ministry directly. Series 2 contains sermons preached or written by Lorency. These are sermons written by Lorency. This series also contains digitized sermons preached by Lorency during his pastorate and state administrative work. Series 3 contains information from Lorency’s work and ministry through Operation Compassion. Series 5 also contains photographs from Operation Compassion directly related to disaster relief. Series 4 contains the state newspapers from Lorency’s time in state administrative work.
