Scope and Contents
Vergil E. Wolf donated personal papers, Bible school records, objects, photographs, reel to reels, cassette tapes, books, manuscripts, ministry records, articles, sermon outlines, correspondence, passports, leather boots, gramophone, textiles including banners, shirts, and blankets over an eighty-year period. the materials in the collection are in English, Spanish, and Quiché.
The Wolf Family made several donations to the Dixon Pentecostal Research Center. These include slides, photographs, documents, objects, and textiles. These items that provide information on Guatemalan culture and missionary life. Therefore, they should be preserved as part of Guatemalan Church of God history.
This collection is valuable to research on missionary work in Guatemala and Costa Rica, running a mission organization in another country, financial information and records in a mission field, Vergil E. Wolf ministry, mission and other biographical information.
