International Latin Seminary (Panama) collection
Scope and Contents
This collection contains correspondence between the presidents of the seminary and other persons which can be found in series 1, and administrative financial records which can be found in series 2. In series 2, there are records of other bible schools and institutions in the Latin American area and their relationship to the International Latin Seminary.

Biographical / Historical
The International Latin Seminary was a Bible training school that was opened on September 16, 1972 and the institution was active for 11 years. It held on-site and extension studies for ministers throughout the region. Church of God World Missions in Cleveland, TN oversaw the seminary during these years. The seminary had two presidents, the first of which was Abel Sánchez who served from September 1972 to August 1974. He was followed by William R. McCall who served from September 1974 to December 1983. The school closed due to financial reasons.
