John Peter (J.P.) Kluzit (May 14, 1906–April 27, 1994)
John Peter Kluzit was born May 14, 1906 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to John Peter Kluzit Sr. and Katrina Ostel. He was married to Stephanie Pierre on July 14, 1930. They had two children, Victor Pierre and John Peter III. Later in life, he was married to Mabuti Elizabeth Shafer on September 15, 1981.
Kluzit received his B.A. from Houghton College, and M. Ed. From Bates College (without thesis).
The Kluzits served as Church of God missionaries to Haiti and the Dominican Republic. He received his evangelist credential on February 14, 1938. He received his Ordained Minister credential at an unknown date.
Kluzit deceased on April 27, 1994 in Cleburne, Texas.
