Biographical / Historical
Rev. Earl Pearly Paulk Sr., born 1929, was an ordained Bishop in the Church of God. In 1931, he served as the State Overseer of Michigan. In 1932, he became the Pastor of Church of God, Alma, Georgia. In 1934, he became the Pastor of Tremont Avenue Church of God, Greenville, SC. He also served as State Overseer for the Church of God in South Carolina. He died in 1992.

Separated Materials
When the Dixon Pentecostal Research Center was donated the items within this collection, we removed three DVDs of Earl P. Paulk Jr.'s funeral in 2009, additionally separated is a copy of The Church of God, A Social History by Mickey Crews. A photo of Earl P. Paulk Jr. has also been separated from this collection.
