This collection includes files from the office of the Church of God General Secretary and Treasurer relating to the construction of the Pentecostal Resource Center and to the litigation with B and J Construction Company.

Also included are files from the office of the Director of the Pentecostal Resource Center. The Director’s files have some correspondence from 1981 to 2001. The files contain records of relations with the various networks in which the library has participated: Bradley County Network, CLSI, OCLC SOLINET and SACS. Minutes of Board of Control meetings from 1986 to 2002 are included. School of Theology financial statements and other documents, including those related to the Puerto Rico Extension, are in the collection. There is some correspondence with the Asian Seminary in the Philippines. There is a complete set of Annual Reports from 1985 to 2002. Other statistics are also in the files.

The Director’s files include minutes and other records from groups in which the Director participated: Lee College/University Faculty, Library Committee, Academic Council, Curriculum Committee and the Music Resource Center. There are some personnel files; however these are closed to everyone except serious researchers who have special permission to use them.
