This collection contains correspondence between the presidents of the seminary and other persons which can be found in series 1, and administrative financial records which can be found in series 2. In series 2, there are records of other bible schools and institutions in the Latin American area and their relationship to the International Latin Seminary.

This collection includes the official correspondence of the general overseer's office beginning in 1949 under the leadership of H. L. Chesser. It is entered in the system at the file level, organized chronologically, then alphabetically. It includes incoming and outgoing mail. The file records in the archive catalog include the names of the correspondents included in the file, though subjects have not been attached at this time.
